Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances do arise when you may have to cancel. In the event of unusual circumstances or inclement weather please contact us. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Clever Chef Party- Cancellation 5 days prior to party date and rescheduled within 2 weeks from original party date will not be subjected to a 25% cancellation fee.
Kitchen Time- Cancellation 3 days prior to kitchen time date and rescheduled within 2 weeks after original date or order is prepared by Clever Chef Works and picked-up will not be subjected to a 25% cancellation fee.
Time Saver- Cancellation 3 days prior to pick-up date and rescheduled within 2 weeks after original date will not be subjected to a 25% cancellation fee.
